Computed from the rates on this page at 30.4 days a month. The same arithmetic is checked against the utility's own published typical bill on every build. Delivery only. Supply is bought separately and is not included, so a full bill is higher than this.

What this figure does and does not include
Transcription notes recorded when this tariff was encoded, including anything deliberately left out.
DELIVERY ONLY. New York is restructured: a bill is delivery plus supply, and supply is substitutable - from an ESCO, a community choice aggregation, or the utility. This is the delivery half, which is filed, unambiguous, and identical for every customer whoever supplies them. A real bill will be higher.
There is no supply number to transcribe. The tariff sets supply by market price rather than by a filed rate, so encoding one would mean inventing it. This is why New York is delivery-only while ComEd and Massachusetts Electric, which do publish a default supply rate, are not.
EXCLUDED, and this is a long list: fifteen adjustment Rules apply - 32.2 municipal undergrounding, 40.1.8 customer benefit contribution, 40.3 VDER cost recovery, 41 system benefits, 42 merchant function, 43 transmission revenue adjustment, 45 non-wires alternative, 46 supply service, 49 earnings adjustment, 50 reliability support, 52 EV make-ready, 56 energy storage, 57 revenue decoupling, 59 arrears management. Each carries its value in a SEPARATE Statement document on the ETS with its own effective date.
Flat delivery: one rate for every kWh in every month. No tiers, no seasons, no time-of-use on the delivery side.
The monthly minimum equals the basic service charge, so a month with no usage still costs $19.00.
SC-1-A and SC-1-B are marked Canceled in the tariff's own index and are not encoded. SC-1-C is an optional large time-of-use rate that remains open.
The document contains one revision of Leaf 349 - Revision 27, superseding 26 - so unlike ComEd's book there is no superseded copy of this leaf to read by mistake.
