The automated crawl found prop_2026_03_electric.pdf under a 'Pending-UTC' path - a general rate case still under review, with rates not expected before 2027. Encoding it would have been wrong by about a year. Effective sheets live under /Rate-documents/Electric/ and each carries a 'By Authority of Order NN' citation; the proposed ones do not.
The widest peak-to-off-peak spread in the catalogue by a long way: winter peak 53.2c against 10.8c off-peak, a factor of 4.9. Summer peak is 33.5c, a factor of 3.1.
Winter has TWO peak windows (7-10am and 5-8pm) and summer has one (5-8pm). Seasons are split at April 1 and October 1, not the June-September summer used by every southern utility here.
