THIS IS BUNDLED SERVICE, AND IN MUCH OF THIS TERRITORY THAT IS NOT THE DEFAULT. Where a Community Choice Aggregator operates, it supplies generation and enrolls customers automatically unless they opt out, so those households pay this utility's DELIVERY charges plus the CCA's generation rate plus a PCIA - not the generation component encoded here. This rate is correct for a bundled-service customer and overstates a CCA customer's utility bill by roughly the generation share. No CCA dataset exists for this territory yet: the four that do exist are all PG&E-side, so a Clean Power Alliance or San Diego Community Power customer cannot be priced at all. The PCIA is what makes the difference hard to eyeball rather than trivial: its charge depends on the vintage year the CCA began service, and the 2016 vintage is about $0.037/kWh against a 2025 vintage that is a credit.
One PDF holds three sellable options - 4-9 PM, 5-8 PM and PRIME - each with its own rate table. They are encoded as separate tariffs because a customer picks exactly one.
The rate tables and the time-period table are on sheets filed the time-period sheet was re-issued under the same Advice 5897-E with its hours unchanged: on-peak 4-9pm (or 5-8pm), the hours first set under Advice 5837-E on 25 June.
Delivery Total + Generation, transcribed from the option's summary table for each period. Every component row in the 1 October 2026 filing sums exactly to its printed Delivery Total, and each printed total equals the summary figure used - 18 TOU rows checked.
Baseline Credit $0.09101/kWh (0.10099 until 30 September) applies to baseline usage regardless of TOU period - the same mechanism as PG&E E-TOU-C. Encoded by subtracting it from the tier-1 rate in every period, with tier_scope='prorata'.
Base Services Charge $0.794/meter/day, encoded monthly as $24.1508.

CPP variants are not modelled. Critical Peak Pricing charges $0.80/kWh during events called on the day, so it cannot be priced without an event feed.
HOLIDAY LIMITATION: the engine's hour calendar has no holiday support, so SCE's eight holidays are billed as ordinary weekdays. Measured impact on this tariff is small because winter 4-9pm is mid-peak on weekdays and weekends alike - the schedules only differ in summer. In 2026 only Labor Day falls on a summer weekday, so the error is 5 hours a year at the on-peak/mid-peak difference: about $0.30 to $1.80 depending on usage.
THE FIXED RECOVERY CHARGE IS INCLUDED IN THE RATES ABOVE, RESOLVED 2026-08-28. $0.01118/kWh from 1 October 2026 ($0.00619 before), added to every energy rate. Settled from the schedule's own CARE Special Condition, which exempts CARE Customers from "the CARE Surcharge of $0.215 per meter per day, the Wildfire Fund Non-Bypassable Charge of $0.00591 per kWh, and the Fixed Recovery Charge of $0.01118 per kWh" - a charge one class is exempted from is one the others pay, and it is listed beside the Wildfire Fund charge that is already inside Delivery Total. These encodings are non-CARE. Special Condition 10 explains why it is itemised separately rather than folded into Delivery Total: the right to recover it was transferred to the Special Purpose Entity that issued SCE's wildfire securitization bonds, so the money is not SCE's revenue. It is still on every non-CARE bill.
EXCLUDED, AND STILL AN OPEN QUESTION: the MCAM Charge of $0.00223/kWh. Neither book carries an applicability clause for it - only a footnote saying it recovers "system reliability procurement ordered by the CPUC that SCE has procured on behalf of customers whose generation services are provided by certain Electric Service Providers or Community Choice Aggregators". That describes the cost, not who pays it. What points away from these encodings is footnote 1: the Delivery Total is applicable to Bundled Service, Direct Access AND Community Choice Aggregation customers, so this schedule is not a bundled-only document and a row that applies to the DA/CCA subset alone sits in it without applying to a bundled customer. That is an argument rather than a clause, so it is NOT encoded. Worth 0.223 c/kWh if it turns out to be owed. Settling it needs Schedule DA-CRS or CCA-CRS, to see whether MCAM is billed there instead.
